Fletcher has been in automotive industry for over 40 years in one capacity or another. He has worked for the Smart Family for over 5 years. He and his wife Beverly live in White Hall and have one son and a granddaughter. Fletcher has been working in Malvern for over 13 years and looks forward to many more to come.
